ConJour 2011 Artist Registration
ConJour is March 11-13, 2011. Panels and tables are available in the Art Show. Panels are approximately 8’ from the floor up and 5’ wide (see picture on the website). Nails are not allowed to be used on the Art Panels; however, “poster putty” is perfectly acceptable. Artists must be able to hang their own art or supervise the hanging of their art. Artists may hang their art on Friday, March 11th starting at noon. The Art Show will open at 4 pm that same day. Hours for viewing the show and purchasing art will be posted at the access area of The Art Show. Artist panels are $10 per panel and tables are $10 per table. We do not provide shelves for artwork. Artists will get free admission with the purchase of 2 panels or tables or a combination of tables and panels. Bid sheets will be available for the Artist to fill out for the auction of his/her pieces. Artists will be expected to remove their art by 5 p.m. March 13, 2011. Artist Alley will have tables available. Tables are $20 per table, and the purchase of one table will admit one artist. For extra badges in the Artist Alley please contact me at reg.conjour@gmail.com with the subject line Artist Alley. Electricity will not be available in Artist Alley. Artists will be expected to have their materials removed by 5 p.m. March 13, 2011. The Art Show and Artist Alley will be in an area that cannot be locked up. While the campus police are close by, please be wary of your materials. The Art Show will be in an enclosed space with only one access or egress which will be securely guarded during the convention and blocked from access when the convention closes. Con-Jour and its staff will make every effort to prevent the photography or copying of attending artists’ works. Con-Jour assumes no liability for lost or stolen materials.
