ConJour 2011 Pre-Registration

Pre-Registration is $15.00/person for a weekend pass

By agreeing below you and any parties you represent agree to permit the UHCL Gamers’ Guild to use any images containing your likeness taken at Con-Jour for Guild and Con-Jour promotional purposes without compensation. Also that I agree to all of the policies listed in the program and the rules and regulations of the University of Houston Clear Lake.


Any individual who requires a special accommodation for a disability to take advantage of or participate in this event should contact the Guild Mistress for the UHCL Gamers' Guild, Deborah Kent (reg.conjour@gmail.com Subject line should state Attn: Disability Services) at least one week prior to the event to arrange for the accommodation.
